I was told the chair was out for delivery and two days later I was told it was delayed. I waited two more days and nothing. I had to contact them after getting no response from them about the delay. They said a refund was issued. I waited a week and nothing. I contacted them a second time before the refund was issued. I finally got a text message from them that the refund was made and now after a month times I am anticipating the refund. What a nightmare for the customer service. This was supposed to be a gift so I was awaiting the refund to purchase another one before Christmas. I am so disappointed!!
