I have been very pleased with the chair so far. Very comfortable and for someone short like myself it is nice to have your feet touch the floor when sitting in the recliner. I like that it rocks and swivels to view the TV and people in the room.

No Chair!!

I was told the chair was out for delivery and two days later I was told it was delayed. I waited two more days and nothing. I had to contact them after getting no response from them about the delay. They said a refund was issued. I waited a week and nothing. I contacted them a second time before the refund was issued. I finally got a text message from them that the refund was made and now after a month times I am anticipating the refund. What a nightmare for the customer service. This was supposed to be a gift so I was awaiting the refund to purchase another one before Christmas. I am so disappointed!!
