The recliner lifts and lowers well. The massager is nice. I was a bit surprised with the amount of assembly required. The shipping box was very heavy and marked for two-persons to lift it. It was torn a little, but did not affect the merchandise. The instructions weren't very clear, so a little trial and error was required. It's a little wobbly when moving side to side. The up and down is stable, though. It looks and works great.

The product wasn’t bad, but the packaging was caved in and difficult to unpack. This assembly would have been too much for me to do alone. The directions were incredibly hard to follow. After this experience, I would definitely not consider buying another product which had to be assembled. I rarely complain but the amount of effort required to assemble this chair was a learning experience.
