We purchased this lift chair for my grandma, and overall we’re very happy with it. It arrived in great condition, and all parts were well packed with no damage. Assembly took about 48 minutes total, but I responded to a few messages during setup, so realistically it was closer to 30–35 minutes. The instructions were clear and the process was straightforward. The chair is slightly smaller than I expected, but it turned out to be a great size for her height (5'3") and fits her comfortably. The lift feature works smoothly and makes standing up much easier and safer for her. The heat and massage functions also work well and add extra comfort. As a caregiver, this chair will help me a lot too because I won’t need to physically lift her in and out of the chair anymore, which makes a big difference day to day. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a compact, supportive lift chair for a shorter adult that’s easy to assemble and works as expected.

Very pleased with this chair for the $239 price. I've had it for a week. Did not want to pay $600 for other choices. I have purchased recliners from Walmart previously. Only assembly required was to attach the back. This assembly took over an hour. Instructions were poor. I would have preferred more padding in the arm rest. Added more padding to the foot rest. Should have extended padding the entire length of the arm. More comfortable. The area of the arm rest, is just fabric over wood. Not comfortable. Controls worked great. Massage and heat features work great. Lift feature is great. Chair performs as stated. Will see how the arms handle the wear. Enjoy.
