I love this chair! I purchased the dark gray chair. It's comfortable and the lifting ability helps with my mobility issues in standing up. I am a larger woman and the wide-width seat fits me perfectly; no more sitting on the side of a hip to fit into the seat. The seat is padded enough to give support yet doesn't allow sinking in so I can't get up. The lumbar support helps my lower back, where I have issues, and the heat feature in that region gives me delightful comfort. The massaging areas help release tight muscles in my back and neck. The chair has a high enough head rest that my neck isn't craning when I tip my head back. I like the tip-out armrests. The base of them fit my phone and drink . The chair reclines to almost full flatness so I can sleep in it. who sells this chair, has offered amazing customer service! I had an issue with delivery and they immediately worked with the delivery company and me to make sure my chair arrived on time and in good condition. They got back to me within minutes to a couple of hours to deal with my issue. I'm very satisfied with them! I highly recommend this company and product!
