i did not rate 5 star and it won't let me edit rating...Shipping and delivery were fine...assembly was painless.... I love the color of the love seat and would love a matching couch in the same color...but the arm rest is secured by velcro and the velcro does not secure the arm rest...From the set up of lift chair, every time he uses the chair one of the rest comes undone and has to be secured again until he gets in or out..it is annoying, overwhelming and exhausting for an elderly that depends on the lift for mobility.. I'm reaching out to seller for a fix or resolvement... as of now the rating is a two star...

Low budget recliner with issues

Purchased this chair to use while recovering from a broken leg. Price was low so my expectations weren't super high. You have to pull the sides out so they aren't solid. The whole thing seems a bit unstable and is easily pushed apart. It may not last very long but hopefully long enough for my recovery. The arm covers which include the cushions Velcro down between the seat but the Velcro doesn't hold so it's a constant battle tucking it back in.

Walmart add shows this product being worth $475.99 and on sale for $219.98. However on the Homall site who sell the chair, the regular price is around $210. Talk about deceptive advertising, Walmart you should be ashamed. Also part were missing, cup holders.
