Nothing wrong with the chair. I assembled today and it was easy enough and straight forward. One strong person can do it. I'll update my review when mom gives me feedback back with more detail. Service around this purchase was 1 star. I am disappointed that Walmart does not specify that the $70 assembly option is not “upon delivery”. The chair was estimated to come on the 30th but then I added the assembly service and I was okay-ish with the additional day the option added. So I checked out expecting delivery and assembly on the 1st. My mom had a hip replacement so urgency mattered. I then got a an email 24 hours later letting me know the assembly is third party and they were booking to come assemble on the 2nd. I was not asked, I was told. This didn't work for me. I couldn't imagine leaving a heavy boxed item on her front porch or have her wait another day. Walmart did not make this situation easy to resolve and I had to work with an AI chat bot to request a refund from the assembly company. I hope, moving forward, Walmart does a better job communicating that assembly services are not same day. This information would be especially useful on health/medical equipment when the recipient can't always help themselves or live alone.

Very nice chair. It has a lot of cushion. It has two push button controllers one for the lift function, the other for the massage and heat. The power recliner will tip forward and up to allow easy exit from the chair and tip back and lower for relaxing or sleeping. The massage function has settings to massage different parts of the body as well as settings for vibration strength. I haven't tried the heat yet. I assembled the chair myself. If your elderly, depending on your physical abilities, you might want to have someone to assemble the chair for you. There are a couple of velcro attachments where the cloth has to be pulled and stretched quite a bit to fasten the velcro properly. There are two cloth sections that have to pulled and stretched over a couple of metal ends. There are several bolts that have to be secured. In particular 4 bolts and wing nuts are in a tight area. The chair frame is heavy and has to be manipulated to assemble it. The chair does level, if you stop the chair while it's reclining just before foot rest comes out it'll be level. It's a very comfortable chair and works very well. I haven't had a powered chair before but I just hit 68 years old and thought it might be a good time to get one.
