The recliner is very comfortable and features massage, heat, rocking, pockets, USB port, and removable cup holders. The recline mechanism is manually activated by pulling a loop handle tucked into the right side of the seat. The 8-point massage has several settings for duration, intensity and location. The default time is 10 minutes, but it can be set up to 30 minutes. Applying heat and massage is relaxing. Assembly is simple with the provided tool and instructions. There are 4 bolts to screw in with the included hex wrench. Everything else slides together or fastens with Velcro. I accidently installed the back frame backwards and had to remove it and correct the position. The most difficult part was extracting the large back padding from the base. It was pressed in tightly. Take care when removing the plastic vacuum packing. As soon as the packing is opened the cushions expand rapidly. To recline the chair must be at least 19 inches away from the wall or any obstacle. The fabric is durable and can be carefully spot cleaned but is not machine washable. The cupholders can be easily removed for cleaning. The side pockets are handy for easy access storage. This recliner would make a nice Mother's or Father's Day gift. I was asked to review the recliner, and I recommend it for value, comfort and durability.

Great product for the money. Do I think it's going to last forever, probably not. But it is comfy. Was easy to put together and everything works on it so far. We love the heat and massage feature!
