This chair is smaller than it appears in ad and the back leans too far back. I wish it would sit more straight up. Besides those things, it was very easy to put together, and the back support hits right where it needs to. It is a very comfortable chair and the support is good. The vibrations and heat are a plus. All in all for a not-too-expensive chair, it's pretty good.

Disappointed but it'll do for now

There was nothing written on description that item had to be assembled. The armrests are loose and hard to keep in place. If a heavy person were to sit in it and have to lean over the chair would fall over on its side. I weigh 128lbs and almost fell leaning to get my remote off the floor when it fell. It took forever to arrive as well and no response from seller after contacted.

color is real nice, is very fluffy and comfortable, massage can be felt. don't know so far about the heat I haven't used yet. ONLY ISSUE IS ,IT ARRIVED DAMAGED ON THE BOTTOM FRAME INSIDE UNDERNEATH THE CHAIR METAL FRAME IS TWISTED. AND THE FOOTREST AREA WONT CLOSE UNLESS I PUSHED WITH MY FEET I TRIED BUT IT WONT CLOSE, PERHAPS BECOUSE IT WAS DAMAGED WHILE ON DELIVERY. I JUST ASK THE SELLER FOR A REFUND OR FOR A SUBSTITUTE. I REALLY LIKE THE CHAIR. I'LL UPDATE DEPENDING ON THE SELLER ANSWER...... TO BE CONTINUE.....
