This recliner arrived well packaged and had easy to follow instructions for assembly. Took me about 15 minutes to get it up and going. It's very comfortable as I have a bad back so it offers the right amount of support needed l. I also have a bad knee that will need to be replaced soon so getting a lift chair while help make getting up and down easier on my knee knee. The recliner has several settings for heat and massage and works very well. I find myself wanting to nod off while relaxing in it. This sits at the correct height for me to help minimize the pressure of getting up and down like I do on my other furniture. This is a must have just not for elderly people but for anyone who needs help with a ba k, hip, or knee problem. 10/10 recommend!
