We were sent the wrong one. The box doesn't match what we ordered, so we have no clue which exact model we have; therefore, if the model we received doesn't match the 4year warranty we bought, then the warranty would ultimately be void. The gentleman that put it together had only done a handful of these recliners and ended up putting the back and forward controls backwards. The recliner doesn't even sit upright when at beginning position. It's a mess!
