Tall People beware

The chair is fantastic and not cheaply made its soft and sturdy. But I'm 5"2 and my feet almost go over the edge, sooooo.....to a tall person, you might not want to get this one its for small short people lol, but other than that, amazing chair, buy it it's super nice, you won't regret it unless you're tall lol

The chair is easy to assemble, looks great and is comfortable. What I DONT like are the arms. One side thete is a zipper to attach it, ( outer side), and the inside has velcro. After my husband has repositioned himself several times, the arm comes apart. Either attach the arms or put zippers on both sides!!!

Massage function quit in 1 week, comfortable chair

After a week, the massage quit working, yet the heat function still worked. I contacted the Seller, who had me send them a video of what the remote was doing and they promptly sent me a replacement remote. However, that remote did the same thing, so there is an internal electrical problem. The seller responded to me on Monday, 1/12/26, stating they would replace the recliner, but did not have my original color. I replied that I would be OK with the other color, however, my preference would be to receive a credit for the chair and let me order another of their chairs. I have been waiting now since Monday, and I have not heard anything back. I am very annoyed that this seller has not responded as quickly as they had before. Responses are "guaranteed" within 48 hours. I am about ready to send it back and order from another vendor. It is just a hassle to send back a chair as I am disabled and moving it is hard. We do not have the original packaging anymore. I have now sent 4 messages!
