The good and the bad. I wish I could show a photo

The seat pad did not completely expand so there is a loose bulge about the calf of your leg. but it does sit fairly comfortable. The other thing that was not up to par was the instruction booklet. About step 8, there were small parts to put together, but then trying to find the place they were suppose to fit took me another 30 minutes of lifting and searching The good thing is the lift and recline work very smooth. Something that would be helpful to know ahead is that 2 plug in are required for the electricity.

It's GREAT my grandkids all had to try it out! I thought it looked small but it fits me just fine. and the best part about it is the massage on it. I've had several chairs with this on it and didn't use them after trying them. This one you can really feel and it will individually massages all sections of your body. Love the low back app on it and the neck too. i will buy another one when the other chair i have wears out.
