I'm quite happy with my purchase! Shipping was fast! I got the chair within 3 days. It came in one heavy box. My husband and our young son put this thing together in about 30-45 mins. The instructions could've been a little clearer but they got the job done. Once the chair was put together, I got to see how nice it looked. The contrast of the two-tone brown/black looks really nice together! There's two plugs for the chair- one for the chair movement and one for the massage and heat so keep that in mind that you'll need two free outlet spaces when you're deciding where to place the chair in your home. They must each be plugged in to use the respective remote. There's 2 remotes, one remote for heat/massage and the other one for movement. The movement part of the chair is just the right speed. It's not too fast where it dumps you out of the chair before you're ready, but not too slow either. I'm disabled and have mobility issues so this helps me in and outa the chair much easier than my previous recliner. The massage part can be customized by body region and intensity while the heat is centralized. You can use the heat independently of the massage and vice-versa. The chair cushions and the fabric feel soft and plush. The chair is very comfortable to sit in as well as recline in. I'm very satisfied with the quality, value, and features of the chair as well as the comfort and I highly recommend it!

Product quality is questionable, and the seller's communication is misleading. They processed a partial refund without clear consent and then tried to push additional conditions instead of resolving the issue properly. I had to contact Amazon support to seek a full refund. Be cautious when dealing with this seller.
