I was very skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but the chair was very easy to put together. You will need two people. I bought the chair because I’m having shoulder surgery and need to sleep in a recliner and that does the job the massage works the heat works good. It’s a good size chair. It’s not a huge chair, but it is a good size. I will recommend the product. Shipping was fast. Packaging was nice. Instructions are a little hard to understand but once you get going, it’s not that bad.

Comfortable, not for tall people

For the sale price I paid, these chairs are great. Hard for a non strong woman to pull out all the pieces to assemble, however, assembly was not hard. They're not going to last very long with the materials they're made out of, but again for the price paid, it's worth it. They are super comfortable, however, not long enough for anyone over 5'5. I'm guessing as I'm 5'1 and it fits me almost perfect. The heat and massage work great. All in all if you need something for now, good buy.

Paid far too much for this quality

The material is INCREDIBLY cheap. Like the material you would find on unfinished ikea furniture if you’ve ever been to one of their stores. The fabric is quite literally the cheapest possible fabric and is almost like the blocking fabric for needlepoint or the backing for sew on patches. This was definitely not worth the money we paid and the ad said black - what we received was charcoal gray and only looks black because of the lighting in our house at the time I took the photo. Rather disappointing. Very lightweight and easy to put together, again because it’s very cheaply made. The heater doesn’t seem to work on ours. The reclining part is a small lever you have to pull like if you were trapped in the trunk of a car I attached photos of. The seat and back have a decent cushion but the arm rests are incredibly flimsy and the part where the cupholder is has literally nothing else aside from the material they used to make it and the fabric used to cover it. So it’s going to hurt if someone runs into it and it will likely rip VERY easy because the fabric feels thin. There was only four pieces of hardware you had to put on yourself aside from the cupholders. Everything else was on the chair waiting for you to slide the pieces in. I wish we would’ve paid less for a different chair because now I’m going to have to spend more money on chair covers and additional things to make this chair be what we thought it was. I will say it was easy to put together for one person. We got it on sale at $229.99 from $329.99. I wouldn’t pay more than $150 for this if you want something quality.
