Chair is comfortable to sit. It is hard to put footrest down from reclining mode. Instructions were mediocre. The wiring part was especially vague. Biggest problem was the seat cushion in packaging. It was vacuum sealed in an airtight bag and placed inside the main chair body. The bag was punctured when I received the chair, and the cushion was stuck where it was stored. It was extremely hard to remove it from the framework. As flat as the other vacumm sealed pieces were, it could of easily been put in the box with them, taking up very little room. For the price, the chair has a lot of features and is worth buying.

Needs padding on end of arms where cupholders are

This is a pretty nice recliner if you don't have smaller children. The only issue I have is the end of the arms where the cupholders are is not padded well. I have issues standing up so must place my hands in that area to help push myself up, and it's painful to my hands. Otherwise, it's comfortable and I love the vibration and heat.
