Bought 2 of these chairs. They are comfortable. It was not too hard to put together. I will warn that the metal under the chair, bars that connect the footrest are very sharp. Cut my finger before I even realized I had touched something sharp. If you buy this chair please make sure yours is not sharp. These pieces could pose a hazard to small children and pets that may crawl under the footrest

First of all, note that you have to stand behind the base and pull the cord as if you are sitting in the chair to get the footrest to release so that you can get the cushions compressed under there out. ( It took a YouTube search to solve that problem.) Otherwise the assembly is easy and I'm glad I didn't spend $60 for Walmart to do it. The chair is ok. but there's a bar along the back that makes it a bit uncomfortable. Recommend a nice throw pillow for that issue. I mean what can you expect for a rocker recliner that's half the price of any other on the market?
