The chair seems a bit flimsy it’s bony as comfortable as I would have thought I spring for the professional assembly it’s was ok at best definitely not worth 79.00$ as they left all the trash and I had to assist with the assembly in certain areas but it’s a ok chair I hope it lasts because I got a chair for much cheaper and it’s 30 years old with very little damage this chair it’s problem with all the aspects of it are very cheap very little quality control and a few parts didn’t match up luckily I was able to custom fabricate certain parts but that’s because I have a full metal shop on site so buyer beware some parts may not match up and may require some actual fabrication knowledge just saying

The chair’s back leans back too far. You can’t adjust it to sit straight up. It does recline nicely and is comfortable. It does heat up and message. The foot rest is easy to extend with an attached pull cord but getting it to retract is a nightmare. I haven’t been able to do it while sitting in the chair. I have to maneuver my way out of the chair then force the foot rest down with steady hard pressure until you hear it click. Not for seniors.
