There was a zipper in the arm assembly that was in backwards, but I made it work. Also, I did not realize there was no instructions to assemble it but good thing I know how to do things so I did it myself. Also, there were a few other quirks with the long screws that go to assemble the arms of the chair. They are cheap metal and they like to strip so you gotta be very careful not to overtighten anything which I was aware of. And one of the arm fabric covers for the framework was a little bit off, but it worked.. it just did not want to fit quite bright, but it was doable.

The chair's back leans back too far. You can't adjust it to sit straight up. It does recline nicely and is comfortable. It does heat up and message. The foot rest is easy to extend with an attached pull cord but getting it to retract is a nightmare. I haven't been able to do it while sitting in the chair. I have to maneuver my way out of the chair then force the foot rest down with steady hard pressure until you hear it click. Not for seniors.
