I am a walmart associate. I purchased this chair for a desk. great for the money. it does sit a bit lower than a typical office chair, however, since most time is spent at the desk, comfort was most important. one of the biggest things missed is the wheels office chairs have. over all, its great and again, for the money, it was very much worth it. going with fabric is a better choice since "leather" often soon cracks and flakes off, looks bad. the assembly was fantastic. its just two pieces, the backrest and the bottom and armrests(they are connected already so its one big bottom chunk). you plug in a couple of cables and slide the backrest on and done. the biggest issue is that the bottom part is about 70lbs on its own. this was carried up the stairs into a room with little space. the "massage" is just vibration and it isn't very strong. the heat is only in one small section on the backrest and takes a while before you feel it. other than that, swivel and rocking are great. the reclining is a bit of an issue. what i dont like is to get it to open to its max, you have to push back on it with some force and the slightest movement and it pulls itself in a little bit. so basically it doesn't have a sort of lock in the max reclined position and any movement and it starts to close a bit. now the big issue i had. i needed to move it over a bit, this happened maybe the first week it was here, so i used my knee to help me shove it over and my knee went through the left side wood panel. now, i didn't strike it hard with my knee as if looking to do damage, it was just that i used my knee to help scooch it over a bit. i didn't pull back and full force ram my knee into it looking to end the chair. i heard a straight crack and then i looked, nothing on the outside but on the inside, pressing on the fabric you can feel a hole and i heard a little more break off while i used my hand to put pressure to feel what happened. not sure if it was something that has been outlined perforation to quickly punch through for another option they offer with this model or design but yeah. still feels sturdy and it doesn't really bother me but it is a bit disappointing that you pay for something and that happens. also, it wasn't like a crackling. a warning that if i continued it would break..also would be disappointing. it was a 'hey nice to meet...bam', right through. not going to return it for that. still works well and cant see anything. could just be cheap plywood they used with a weak paper thin section. i enjoy it and if it lasts, say, four years or more, i'd grab it again fow sho. my office chair lasted quite a few years and then started to peel on the recently exposed armrests so i decided to replace, plus it was crying for years(weak wood creaking that cracked on the bottom). it lasted years so im hopeful for this as well.

I bought this for my camper. It fits nicely in there. The seams are off, one side on top and the other side is down the side. The box was heavily damaged so that might be why it is messed up. It is what you would expect for the price. I would get a different one but way too much trouble to send this back and would probably have the same issue with a different one.
