This helped me get my stability back - YAY! I use to be very healthy and strong, but in the last few years (post-cancer, working too much, taking care of ill family members, sitting at a computer day after day …), I lost being stable in most physical activities - including just standing in the shower. I researched these vibration plates for 6 months and found some videos. Starting slow I was able to get a lot of my stability back within a couple of weeks along with so many other benefits (legs not swelling as much....). I'm constantly progressing with what I can do on and off this vibration plate and feel so much better. So glad I got this - absolutely no regrets - just grateful! P.S. When I'm not working out on it - I keep it under my home desk to massage my one foot with plantar fasciitis!

Can’t really say I have noticed a difference since it is day 2 but you can definitely feel it. I already own the LifePro sauna so I went with the more expensive brand since I enjoy the sauna so much and haven’t had issues. This vibration plate is different from the one I used in Planet Fitness, which is how I decided I wanted one. I hope it does everything it says, we will see as I continue to use it. Came just as soon as it said it would and had everything in it that it said it would. I don’t think it is too heavy or bulky but some might. It is not loud at all and it doesn’t shake things around it.
