Life Changer

I've been using this machine for one week. I felt the difference the first three days. I have menopause arthritis in my hips. I haven't had a good night sleep in years after the third day of using this machine I'm sleeping through the night. I use this machine anytime anywhere.

So excited

I used a friend's vibration plate...and it cured my vertigo first time I used it! I am prone to left leg lymphodema and I am confident this plate will help me keep that issue under control. PLUS, there are so many more benefits of having a vibration plate at home...can't wait!

Perfect

I've been using this vibration plate for a while now and honestly it's been a great addition to my routine. It's easy to use, doesn't take up much space, and gives a surprisingly good workout feeling in just a few minutes. I especially like using it after long days because it helps my legs feel more relaxed and active. The different vibration levels are nice, and it feels sturdy and well made. Overall, I'm happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to stay active at home.
