Love this thing!!!

I u I used this vibration plate every day while visiting my sister and her family this past week, and I noticed immediate results. My digestive system seemed to wake up, the inflammation after my flight went down, and I felt less puffy overall, even after just a 15-minute session. I knew right away I needed one in my own home for daily use. I’m excited to see even more benefits with longer-term use. I fly often, and this will definitely be one of the first things I use when I get home from a flight. My joints already feel so much better!

Can’t wait to start

My friend (after a total knee) recommended this as I was having my hip replaced Jan 7. I just had clearance to start using this and opened the box last night. I was surprised how heavy and stable it was and pretty too. Now my son and husband think they may want to join me on the new venture. I finally get to use my Christmas present!!

Solid build- made to last

I’m really just getting started with this product, but it’s pretty easy to quickly understand what the benefits will be overtime. Now it’s just time to turn it into a habit. But I can’t see needing anything more than the Hovert. Unlike a lot of the other machines out there one thing that I like about this product is that its rubberized platform is flat.
