Better than Lifepro Rumblex 4D Plus

This 4D Flybird vibration plate is excellent. It is superior to the Lifepro 4D Rumblex Plus which I had to return after 3 days due to motor issues. Flybird has 3 motors 350, 350 and 100 watts vs Lifepro 200, 200 and 40. The FLYBIRD's remote is very easy to use and the manual and programmed modes are amazing! Read the manual about precautions. Start out slow and follow the advice in the manual. Ask your doctor if you can use it if you have any health concerns. I bought this for my wife who has osteoporosis and lymphedema. She loves it and does numerous workouts on the vibration plate. The machine is extremely solid and it is also very quiet.

Sufficiently versatile at a good price

I'd previously ordered a Merach unit with a single motor that cost more and showed it to my brother and his wife and they liked that. I returned it to purchase this unit that I find much more to my liking. My sister in law, Cyndi, was much too harsh in her one star rating of this. She was going to return it and waited too long. This allows for a combination of motions and intensities that does what I expected of this. I like that it vibrates and moves fore and aft and wobbles side to side, whereas the Merach unit merely wobbled. I like how it jostles me about and loosens me up, but I'd be surprised if it's burning more that 3 calories. It also has Bluetooth speakers that sound pretty good which may be preferable to frequently sticking your earbuds back in when they shake out.
