Love my new Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D that came on 03/12/2025. I love the different option of positioning the feet on "walk", "jog" and "run" to provide a good workout on either the oscillation, lateral or pulsation. The Lifepro customer service is awesome as I was debating which Lifepro Rumblex to get. Lifepro Youtube channel have amazing information from product unboxing, demonstrate on how to use the vibration plate to other products offered by Lifepro. The Lifepro VIP Facebook group is very informative in answering member questions, posting live videos explaining the product as well as using the product.

So i saw a gal who uses a platform machine while sitting down because she doesnt have the strength to stand on one. I thought i otta give it a try. So i bought one. instead of standing on it. I lay down on my bed, rear at the edge if my bed, legs bent feet on the board. This position has helped me in a perfect position and made my hip pain drop so much i was able to sleep the WHOLE night. I havent slept a whole 8 hrs in years do to the pain. I only use the machine on the first setting and do it for 15 minutes. Best purchase of the year!
