I love my vibrating machine I use this standing with feet apart 3 to 4 times a day 20 minutes each time. On level 30-40 "it goes up to 99". that along with the healthy diet I've lost 11 lb in 13 days. The only negative thing about the machine is the sound quality of the music other than that everything works great. very minimal noise pretty lights. This thing is addicting.

After careful inspection and comparison to several models the Merach brand surpasses the others. Noone compares to the construction, this model is made of steel and composite. It comes with 9 programed options as well as the 99 levels. It is Bluetooth ready to play your own audibles as well a remote. This Vibration plate is the only one I found to have all of these features for an astoundingly priced under $120.00 After using for one week at program H1 for 5 min, I feel effects in my shoulders and an ease in the lumbar region if my back.

This was a great purchase. The bluetooth speakers could use some work. The audio is not top tier. I like the rainbow led lights. It vibrates well and you feel the effects afterwards (not in a bad way). If you lose balance or get unsteady easy, you may want to only use it when someone is around because stepping off it can be tricky after a vibration session. I gave 4 stars for ease if use because there are options that I'm not educated on. However, the ability to turn it on and get started is fairly easy.
