I love my vibrating machine I use this standing with feet apart 3 to 4 times a day 20 minutes each time. On level 30-40 "it goes up to 99". that along with the healthy diet I've lost 11 lb in 13 days. The only negative thing about the machine is the sound quality of the music other than that everything works great. very minimal noise pretty lights. This thing is addicting.

For my first vibration plate this one is not bad at all. I wanted a bigger one but it was a bigger splurge and this one attracted me with its color lights and more friendly budget. I decide to give it a try. I thought a smaller one wouldn't do because of power to size because I'm not skinny but I've honestly been using it on its first setting. It's been enough for me. By the time I get to 99 I guess I can consider and upgrade but this is great for a first purchase. A bigger plate would allow a bigger person to did down better without hitting the buttons but other than that it's great. The buttons and remote are easy to use and quick to learn.
