I love my vibrating machine I use this standing with feet apart 3 to 4 times a day 20 minutes each time. On level 30-40 "it goes up to 99". that along with the healthy diet I've lost 11 lb in 13 days. The only negative thing about the machine is the sound quality of the music other than that everything works great. very minimal noise pretty lights. This thing is addicting.

Vib Plate helps with balance

This has really helped my legs get stronger quickly. I could barely stand fot more than a few minutes or walk without pain. Now I can stand on this for 10 minutes. I do have a hand on the back of a chair for stability still but I crank it up to the highest setting and go! The improvement is awesome. I can walk without pain. Really glad that I got it.

This was a great purchase. The bluetooth speakers could use some work. The audio is not top tier. I like the rainbow led lights. It vibrates well and you feel the effects afterwards (not in a bad way). If you lose balance or get unsteady easy, you may want to only use it when someone is around because stepping off it can be tricky after a vibration session. I gave 4 stars for ease if use because there are options that I'm not educated on. However, the ability to turn it on and get started is fairly easy.
