I don't have any experience with a vibration plate. I had only read about them and seen the one that my friend has. I appreciate the instruction book and I find that the vibration plate is easy to use. Everything was packaged well and it seems to be made quite well. I registered the product and I am glad there is a 2-year warranty. Since it is a new thing for me, I went with a manual setting and the lowest vibration starting point. It made my legs feel good. I plan to practice with it until I can use some of the more advanced settings. I think it will have a good health benefit for me. I wear a size EU42 shoe and I glad that the Lifepro vibration plate is large enough to accommodate my shoes.

Trying something new. Lifepro came highly recommended by a friend. The model I purchased is the Hexaplate Lite vibration plate. It is simple for a beginner. It is supposed to be beneficial for back pain relief, joint relief, metabolism, boost stress relief, improves circulation, increased strength and flexibility, and develop stronger bones by increasing bone density. It has a variety of different settings. I'm starting out with the lowest. It reminds me of roller skating on concrete when I was a kid. It feels pretty good. I wear an EU42 shoe and I think the plate accommodates my shoe size well.
