Has helped knee and back pain immensely

I bought this to help hopefully help regain circulation in my feet. It has done that and more. I have had terrible problems with my back and knees. I am very happy to say that after 6 weeks of daily use I have seen immense reduction in pain in both areas. I was at the point I was sure I was going to have to break down and have knee surgery. I started out only able to use the vibration plate about 5 minutes twice a day. After the first week I started noticing improvement in pain levels. I am now up to 20 minutes a day and my back pain has lessened by at least 50% or more and my knee pain has decreased to the point where I can walk normally with little to no pain until very late in the day. I was using a cane and thinking of moving to a walker. I no longer need either. To me this is a miracle!!

For my first vibration plate this one is not bad at all. I wanted a bigger one but it was a bigger splurge and this one attracted me with its color lights and more friendly budget. I decide to give it a try. I thought a smaller one wouldn't do because of power to size because I'm not skinny but I've honestly been using it on its first setting. It's been enough for me. By the time I get to 99 I guess I can consider and upgrade but this is great for a first purchase. A bigger plate would allow a bigger person to did down better without hitting the buttons but other than that it's great. The buttons and remote are easy to use and quick to learn.
