I've seen larger standing vibration plates before but never tried them out. This one is very portable and convenient. It's easy to take it out and plug in and store. There are suctions at the bottom to ensure it doesn't slip. The vibration modes are very strong. I could feel some tension in my muscles. It seems like it would work well for bloating recovery and boosting circulation. Comes with some resistance bands, two loops, and a remote.
