I wasn't sure when I bought this if it would even help with my joints and bones, but I love this little machine! I'm a 63 year old female and I use this daily, twice a day. It seems to keep my joints more limber. It very relaxing to just stand on it and let it "jiggle" my muscles and my bones. There's a lot to research on these machines but for my age and for this price you can't go wrong. I love that it has a handle to steady yourself while using it if you need it. And the exercise ropes are a plus to help strengthen up the top part of your body. It has numerous setting! I started on the lowest setting and bump the setting up one or two speeds every day and I found a setting that I'm comfortable with without hurting myself. I'm not one who likes to go on long walks for exercise but with this I'm in the comfort of my own home, I use it while I watch tv. Very well made. I had a question about the machine after I received it, and they emailed me back with an answer in about an hour. So, that's a good thing. It has a remote control that I use instead of using my phone and it saying you can use Bluetooth for music but I don't use that feature either. I'm old school like that. There are great big ones of these type machines but for me this smaller one is perfect!
