Vibration Plate for Lymphatic Drainage, RIORUN 180 Speeds Vibration Plate Machine, App Control 400 lbs, Whole Body Vibration Platform with Resistance Bands Remote

The Hophorse electric rebounder has been a great addition to our morning routine. It comes as a complete set with the vibration plate, handles, 5 resistance bands, remote control, and a user manual with multiple exercise positions and setup instructions. One thing to note is that the remote requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included. What I like most is how versatile and easy it is to use. You can operate it manually or choose from the preset programs, and the built-in timer makes it simple to fit into a quick daily session. The handles and resistance bands add extra workout options beyond just standing on the plate. My husband and I both really enjoy using it and plan to continue doing 10 minutes every morning to help stimulate lymphatic movement and circulation. It feels sturdy, straightforward to operate, and easy enough to stick with consistently. Overall, it's a solid wellness and fitness purchase for anyone looking for a convenient low-impact addition to their routine, and definitely helps move the legs a bit, through oscillation, even those with mobility issues.

Great price, great find. Extremely quiet, simple straightforward setup. My husband and I are both at an age where toning and more passive exercise is crucial for the everyday movement work. While we aren't in the elderly category yet, we definitely want to preserve as much as possible. The balance, coordination and circulation benefits of a vibration plate seemed the thing to add to our routines. The lymphatic drainage that a vibration plate facilitates is incomparable for someone with mobility issues, like myself. A rebounder can do wonders but the ability to increase circulation and better balance is definitely a vibration plate specialty. For daily maintenance and workouts - The vibration plate has a remote as well as a control panel display, allowing for control on and off the device. There are 5 resistance bands included in differing strengths to isolate the knees and assist in squat and glute work. There are 2 handled stretch bands for use while standing upright to incorporate arm movement. If you don't choose a preset program mode, there are 3 basic settings that are indicated by a walker, a jogger and a runner. We are both highly impressed by the stability and build for such a decent price. With both of us battling on the edge of Type 2 diabetes, leg circulation is vital to prevention of so many secondary conditions. Just the balance control needed to stand for a good 10 minutes can kickstart your circulation in the right direction and provide exercise for important neurological function that keeps those brains bathed in life. Whether you spend all day on your feet and need to relax and de stress your legs and body, or you like an energetic full body drain before starting your day, this vibration plate will go along way in carrying you to those goals. The programs will take some time to suss out but truly; my ONLY notes: the electric cord needs to be feasibly long enough, as this one has very little range. It is a 3-pronged, grounded cord that doesn't easily connect to just any extension cord. (2 AAA batteries needed for remote, not included)
