I bought two of these for my hubby and me. These are comfy, easy to assemble. Pro: lumbar support makes no back aches at all. arm rests are different and sturdier. Cons: I bought one in one color and had to choose a diff color because they sold out. However, black and white matches anything so no harm done. The casters roll lightly. Head support is moves a bit up and down, so that's nice to reposition your neck. Husband loves his chair, so do I and as hardcore gamers, these chairs are a great value for the price. Will be ordering this chair from this company again. Beware of the arm rests on the others that fake the look of this chair, I had to return one thinking it was this company with a similar name and look of chair... it was not. Lightweight.
