My spouse put the chair together for me. I like the headrest, massager in the lumbar area (had back surgery in 2022), arm rests, and the design of the chair. I love that it is blue, it is my favorite color. The couple of things that I don't like is, I wish the seat portion had more cushion in it. The other thing that I don't like is of the long cord to plug into a USB for the massager part to work, but I was able to fix that by just buying a cheap power bank and plugging it in that way and wrapping the cord in the back of the chair so it's no longer a tripping hazard. I really do enjoy my chair. I like that I can recline and put put my feet up. It is well worth the investment.
