Assembly was difficult!!

My son loved his Christmas gift; the downside was the assembly! The holes were not in line for the screw to go in. We literally took almost two hours to assemble! Son was getting anxious.. To top it off the back support has a puncture (we did not cause this) that I hope does not expand. Luckily my son is at an age to take care of his things..
