Idea of it is cool but a 10 year old will wear it out in a month. quality is very very very poor. Ad to reinforce arms day 1 %26 cut memory foam to add to non-existing padding. Says 220lb limit. Not even close. My cat inherited it on day 3 because its too pricey to throw away yet.

I am really worried and disappointed with the product I received. It is not at all what was shown in the photos. The wiring is confusing and I can’t even understand how to connect the wire to the USB port. Also, when the chair is plugged in, how am I supposed to move or adjust my position? The “massage” feature feels completely fake it only creates a slight vibration and nothing more. During assembly, the nuts and parts provided were incorrect, which made the whole process extremely frustrating and a waste of time. On top of that, there is already a tear on the sides of the chair. I can’t believe such a poor-quality item is being sold in the name of discounts. I want to return this product immediately. However, I no longer have the original box or packaging. Please tell me how I can return it and get either a full refund or a proper replacement that actually works and matches the description. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
