The only issue I have is that the chairs were not delivered to my back door as posted on my front door and any place I can note on orders I place. Also, the boxes were placed on top of each other, creating a tower effect. (refer to picture they posted) The boxes were heavy and thankfully my son was over that day and helped me get them to the back door. I have complained about your delivery service before and Walmart insists on using FedEx. In the future I will order whatever I can from Amazon even if it's a few dollars more. It is worth it to avoid this inconvenience and difficulty.

It was pretty easy to put together. Very comfortable. If I can put it together with pictures so can you. I dont like the lumber part, so just took it off.. it is a firm chair. When you first sit in it, it wants to recline you have to flipper the lever to keep it from reclining... Overall bery nice chair
