Poor Delivery Service!

The only issue I have is that the chairs were not delivered to my back door as posted on my front door and any place I can note on orders I place. Also, the boxes were placed on top of each other, creating a tower effect. (refer to picture they posted) The boxes were heavy and thankfully my son was over that day and helped me get them to the back door. I have complained about your delivery service before and Walmart insists on using FedEx. In the future I will order whatever I can from Amazon even if it's a few dollars more. It is worth it to avoid this inconvenience and difficulty.

Assembly nightmare

bottom of the chair itself had no holes so you have to tear the fabric to find the holes. leg rest set up is painfully flimsy and not enough for a "big and tall" chair. arm rests sacrifice the ability to be adjusted in return for flimsy cost cut comfort.
