The only thing I don't like, but it's just a matter of getting used to it, is that it doesn't lean back like other chairs. you have to manually release the back for it to recline. The back reclines while the seat stays stationary. other than that, it's very comfortable and well built for a big guy like me. (260 lbs). I'm not sure if I'll ever truly use the footrest, but it works.

We got this for a 12 year old son for Christmas. It was annoying to put together, but not impossible. He enjoys it and his friends also love the chair as well. We had to use a little WD-40 to get the foot rest to slide in and out smoothly but other than that it works pretty well right out the box (after you assemble it of course).
