I think it's a great chair. I love how far it leans back and love the little leg stool attached to it. As far as comfort goes, I always get uncomfortable with any chair so I tend to add cushions and padding for my own comfort. So I don't blame the chair for lack of comfort. We swapped the wheel %26 He has not had any problems since. He loves the chair, but the wheels could be a little sturdier. Nice chair. The chair is positioned to encourage you to straighten up your body. The recliner feature is not quite what I expected. I wish it would lock into different recline positions, but overall, it's a very comfortable chair—firm and suitable for long periods of sitting. You could even take a nap with the pull-out feature. I love the Lombard pillow, which can be removed if you don't want to use it for support. I wish the chair's arms could be adjusted up and down.
