So far, this chair is pretty comfy according to my husband. The assembly took my husband and I less than an hour to put it together, and he has really liked that the padding is thick, the arms are plastic (rather than leather that can rip and chafe). The only things he hasn't liked so far have been that the upper pillow rest tends to be a bit low, even when the strap is tightened fully, and the foot rest can be a bit difficult for us to pull out (the manual addresses this and it may have been because I tightened the screws too much, but it doesn't bother him because he doesn't use it too much). One plus that I like is that you can either lock the recline feature or leave it unlocked, in which case it moves with you when you lean back or lean forward. The handles are also adjustable in height and a little in width, and for the price we paid, it feels like it was a pretty good investment (and we got the 3 year warranty to make sure it would be). It's only been about a week since we got it together, so we'll see how it fares compared to the Target office chair we originally had that lasted no more than 3 years.

I bought this chair for my partner because he is an avid gamer. the reclining mode foot rest headrest and lumbar pillow are super well made as well as the chair. it only took him about 30 minutes to put together. super nice looking for the money that I spent. I would definitely buy again. thinking about buying one for myself for work because these are so comfortable. definitely recommend.
