My son loves it! We used assembly as a learning experience, and he put it together. He was able to follow the instructions easily. The footrest needs to be perfectly aligned on both sides to slide into the brackets. The arms are adjustable, and the lumbar pillow is comfortable. Ordered as a gift for Christmas for my daughter. Her first gaming chair and it was fairly easy to assemble took about an hour to fully assemble. Good quality and perfect for her first chairs. Only think thay needs a little oil is the foot rest just to make it move easier in and out of the chair. Other than that it was a great purchase

bought this chair for my daughter's gaming setup and she loves it. quality is overall great other than a small cut in part of the lining in front. not a huge cut but the inside is white so it stands out on the black and purple chair. doesn't effect the use of the chair and i didn't see it until it was already put together or else i would have tried to return it.
