I think it's a great chair. I love how far it leans back and love the little leg stool attached to it. As far as comfort goes, I always get uncomfortable with any chair so I tend to add cushions and padding for my own comfort. So I don't blame the chair for lack of comfort. Comfy to game in then lean back and put out the leg rest and they have taken some very comfy to them naps in it. Happily showing it off to friends as well.
