I think it’s a great chair. I love how far it leans back and love the little leg stool attached to it. As far as comfort goes, I always get uncomfortable with any chair so I tend to add cushions and padding for my own comfort. So I don’t blame the chair for lack of comfort. It's comfortable, it has nice wheels, comfortable back support, comfortable armrests, height adjustable, back adjustments, comfortable to sit on, rest on, etc., has the feet part to pull out and fold and push back under the chair, you're able to remove the back parts that come on it if you'd like to, it's a nice comfortable chair to use when you have and/or need to sit in it for long hours, etc.
