all gaming chairs seem to be designed a little poorly in terms of how your back is sitting in the chair. what I ended up having to do was swap the bottom lumbar massaging pillow with the top headrest pillow to get the right comfort level. so I now get a massage around my shoulders rather than my lumbar.
