Just so you know: I'm a Senior Citizen, I am petite, expert in technology. So I'm always on the computer when I am not doing anything else. I am also a rabid and avid gamer! My old chair (30 years old) was wearing away, I had been wandering to and fro for a nice "techno" type design. NEVER MIND to the fact I didn't read the entire description (my fault and great fault at that) --> that this chair includes a foot rest (!) and massage machine! (Oh that really works!), and it includes 2 pillows (one being the massage machine). IT IS COMFORTABLE! Like a new car, the chair will be broken into. HOWEVER --> Mine didn't come with a manual or instructions! Alas my despair! I had every single part out of the box laid everywhere - in kitchen, in dining room, and in living room and I flipped the box looking for the INSTRUCTIONS! Alas, after contacting WalMart Customer Rep who informed me they will contact the Seller for a manual. Great! I put all the pieces back in the box! Then suddenly (I have a reason to be this way, if you've taken Nyquil, you'll understand my review!) I thought to myself: WHAT IF I went to YOU TUBE - would there be directions on how to assemble it? YAY! I watched the video and the lay out I had all over was correct, so I returned and put all the stuff out as I had earlier and put it all together! ONE THING that works is: When you put the seat mount - put it on top of the kitchen counter, there's no difficulty getting those screws on (don't forget the washers)! As for the backrest, it's easier to tip the box to the side that it CAME in, and place the back rest on the side of the box and tip the chair over and put the screws and washers in! PS: I always use bar soap and rub the threads. Makes it so much easier! I got this all assembled without the manual or instructions in about 20 minutes! ATTENTION! THEY PACK THIS VERY WELL SO YOU CAN BE ASSURED THERE WON'T BE ANY DAMAGES OR PUNCTURES! EVEN THOUGH THE BOX ITSELF WAS SOMEWHAT BEAT UP!

I read the reviews and saw the videos online about this chair and thought I'd give it a try. I found a blazing good deal for it on the Walmart app! Within 4 days it was at my door! It took 2 for my desk to arrive, talk about fast shipping! Building it was super easy! Instruction manual was very straight forward, every bolt, tool, and washer you need are individually labeled. It even comes with extra hardware, just in case! It took me less than 20 minutes to set the chair up. The hardest part was making sure the chair was aligned when securing the bolts, as long as you start the bolts, adjust, then tighten all the way was my best solution! The quality of the chair is really nice, and super comfy! The pillow on the headrest, and the back massager built into the bottom one is worth it! And it's made a bit wider than previous chairs I've owned. I can sit cross legged in this one and still be comfy! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing gaming chair!
