I needed a comfortable chair because I'm tall and suffer from neuropathy in my legs and feet. This is a nice size chair for a taller person. I'm 6 ft. Having options for higher adjustments has really helped me stay more comfortable while sitting for a few hours. It broke-cracked, very early on where one of the wheels went in and their customer service was phenomenal .they sent me replacement base in a good amount of time..they were kind and professional . I'm not sure why it broke, I may have gotten a flawed part?. ..the new one is working out great.

Fire chair!!

All good things!! My package arrived 9 days early. The color is exactly what I wanted and as pictured. I'm a teeny person 5'6 %26 110lbs so the bigger chairs are uncomfortable to me. There's about 4 inches on both sides from my body to the arms, so it's pretty small width wise. The high back is perfect there's still a couple inches of chair above my head. The lumbar is awesome! I don't like the round ones so this flat one was perfect. I havent tried the massage function yet. This was simple to put together. I carried it downstairs and put it together myself in less than an hour. The directions were very easy to follow, but most of the assembly seemed pretty self explanatory. The pleather is a matte red which is what first drew me to it. I'm also so happy I found this on such a good deal, under $100!! This chair literally checked every box for me personally - red, reclining, small width, flat lumbar, height adjustable, cost, racing style seat. For what I wanted, it was worth every penny spent.
