Already had this exact chair that a friend handed down to me. Mind you that they were way over 250 lbs, they plopped into it a lot, and the chair was about two years old by time i got it. Honest review.

There was stuffing poking out frm under the leather and bolts. It was very hard to attach the arms to the back of the chair, we had to hold the pieces together very hard to be able to get the screw into the bolt and screwed in tightly. We were also sure we ordered this same chair but it could hold 300lbs, our instructions claimed it could only hold 250lbs. Overall a good product, we can work around the current assemby issues.

Great Chair

I am in love with this chair. I bought it for my sewing room and works perfectly for those needs. It is extremely comfortable while using one of my machines, it rolls easily on the plastic mat I have, but rolls fairly well on the carpet too. The arm rest lifts up out of the way when I need a bit more space to work on a project. It is so comfortable that sometimes I just sit an watch a movie in it. I like the massage feature and wish the unit was bit longer to cover the entire back not just the lower part. However, I do wish it was able to plug directly into an outlet. It has a USB cord, I bought an extension cord with outlets and USB ports so that works fine. The cord is a bit short in my opinion, but long enough to be functional. I also like that the neck pillow, which actually sits behind the head which makes for an awkward angle for the neck after a while, is removable.
