I purchased an 8 inch gel top. upon it's full "fluff" its only 6 inches. when I contacted the sell, they said ship it back. As anyone well knows, you can't re-roll a mattress, put it back into a box and ship it back. I am a 64 year old with Rheumatoid Arthritis and the possibility of that is 100% impossible. The Mattress Co didn't even offer me the difference between the 6 and 8 inch cost after I provided pictures of verification. I'm on SSI due to my Arthritis so my funds are very tight. This company issued a return tag and wrote me off. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCT DOESN'T REFLECT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. if anyone in Manchester can help me roll this mattress up, I have plastic bands to keep it that way
