I've worked with drugstore cosmetics for over two years now, and this is still my go to recommendation for customers that want seriously waterproof eyeliner. This will hold up through sweating, swimming, and crying without smudging. I've worn this to the pool with a sharp wing and still managed to come home with a perfect point. That being said, this is not for the inexperienced or shaky-handed. The tip on the applicator is very fine and can be unforgiving. After a bit of practice though this product is still totally worth it. If you are looking for a complete waterproof look, try pairing this with a Revlon Colorstay creme eyeshadow.
