Best Eyeliner EVER!!

I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner. Its the only one I have tried in my many years of wearing it to be completely sweat-proof. No smudging after a long day of walking around campus in the sun. I may be soaked in sweat with all of my other makeup smudged, but this eyeliner does not move one bit. It also doesn't transfer to my upper lid like many other eyeliners do! Love Love LOVE this product!
