DOES NOT BUDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, it went on very liquid, and I was sure it would smudge. To my surprise, it dried down quickly and stayed completely in place all day. The finish looked clean and sharp, and even after hours of wear, it didn't fade or flake. It's now one of my go-to liners whenever I want something that lasts without any fuss.
