DOES NOT BUDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, it went on very liquid, and I was sure it would smudge. To my surprise, it dried down quickly and stayed completely in place all day. Very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super precise, it is very pointy so it is perfect to make a straight sharp line. It is not extremely liquid, which is perfect to use without being scared of smudging it. It is very long lasting and doesn't move if you touch it after it dries.
