Gorgeous shade!!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this amazing liner every day for the last 3 weeks, and I love it!!! The shade I received is 030 Blue Suede and it is a gorgeous shade!! I have had at least 5 compliments on it! I love that it applies easily with the precise tip. It is also waterproof which is great since I tend to have watery eyes when I wear contacts, and this doesn't budge!!
