NYX Professional Makeup Epic Ink Liquid Eyeliner, Waterproof, Vegan Formula, Marshmallow, 0.16 oz

I've tried a lot of eyeliners. Other than mascara, it's all I really use for the entirety of my makeup. NYX's Epic Ink Waterproof Eyeliner in Black is my go-to every single time. It doesn't smudge, which is why it's my favorite. My eyes water a lot, and every other eyeliner, including waterproof ones, smudges. This one does not. The tip of the marker is easy to get thin, crisp lines. I've been able to create small, tiny bats for example on my cheekbones and people thought it was a stamp because of how precise I'm able to get with this eyeliner. My only qualm with this eyeliner is that it randomly bubbles up, losing quite a bit of eyeliner each time. I've seen others talk about this problem too, so maybe it's something NYX might want to fix. Other than that, though, I highly recommend this eyeliner for most eyeliner needs.

The best of the best. If you live in a hot, humid climate and/or have allergies, this stuff does not budge. Goes on easily. No tugging or pulling. You can get a precise line easily. I've tried a zillion eyeliners to find one that stands up to sweat and heat. I keep coming back to this one.
