Precise, Intense, and Reliable

I've been using the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner for years, and it's still my favorite eyeliner. The tip is thin enough to create precise lines and detailed wings, but it's also sturdy enough that it doesn't bend or flex while you're applying it. That makes it so much easier to get a clean, even line. The color is incredibly intense with rich pigmentation. It wears well throughout the day, and I always find myself coming back to it after trying other liners. If you're looking for a liquid eyeliner that's easy to use, precise, and delivers bold color, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Best budget friendly eyeliner!

When I tell you this is the best drugstore eyeliner I mean it! I am very picky! I have bought high end low end and this has always been my fave! It's budget friendly and reliable. It doesn't smear after it dries , it doesn't flake or run. My eyes get super oily throughout the day and it hasn't affected anything. If you rub your eyes this probably isn't for you though. But it truly is an amazing eyeliner! It doesn't fade it is long lasting ! The finish is matte! The formula is medium not to thick and not too runny. Is easy to clean off if you mess up

Easy to use and lovely results.

Lovely bottle design. Long lasting eyeliner, I really like black but other shades are nice too. Smooth application tip. Easy to remove with make up pad or simply washing face. I will be using this eyeliner often. I would recommend this one to every make up person to try. I give this one a A .. Enjoy.
