I am so excited to share how I finally found a pencil eyeliner that does not give me raccoon eyes. I normally don't do reviews but I really wanted to let anyone that is frustrated of constantly looking in the mirror to check if you need to wipe that annoying eyeliner smudges or to wonder why are people staring and then you remember your darn eyeliner. So you can just image how excited I was to find a pencil eyeliner that is truly water proof not only that buts it's dark and smooth so pretty and it stays.

I've been wearing eyeliner everyday since i was in 6th grade. I've tried ALOT of different eyeliners, this one has been the best BY FAR. Stays on all day, even if you get wet, like a beach at the beach. it does clump up by my eyelashes , but i just use a spoolly to brush out the clumps %26 BAM now I its mascara too The price has increased since I first started using this one, but it still works great as it did then. With everyday use, one pencil will last me 1.5 Months, maybe 2 months.
