Apply liner in one smooth line from the center of the eyelid to the outer corner of the eye and draw upwards. Move the pencil to the inner corner of the eye and draw a thin, line from the inner lash line to the center. Apply along the lower lash line for added intensity. For a softer smokey look, use the built-in smudger tip to blend. ​
